Broadband ADSL help

Migrate your broadband account to Netpoint

If you don't already have a broadband connection check your ADSL availability. Alternatively, if you already have broadband with another provider, try this free broadband speed test from ADSLguide.org.uk to see how well your connection is really performing - then consider switching to the Netpoint Project - we can take care of all the technicalities for you - just contact us to discuss this or any other queries about our service; adsl@netpointproject.com.

If you want to migrate your account, first you must contact your current Broadband provider and ask them for a 'MAC Code' to enable you to change to the Netpoint Project. Then just fill in the Broadband Order Form, stating that this is a migration and entering the MAC Code and your current ISP's name where required. There is an administration charge to migrate your service to Netpoint - please see the Broadband Order Form for pricing. However you will not pay the standard ADSL connection charge as you are already connected.

Please note: To migrate to Netpoint you must select a service that is the same level (speed and contention) as the service you currently have. Any upgrades must be made as a separate order after migration.
