Broadband ADSL help

All Broadband connections include:

• Backup 0845 dial-up
• Static IP
• News access
• Online gaming capability
• Domain name, email (with AntiSPAM filter), web hosting and online webDesigner package - complimentary option at time of order
• Free ADSL USB modem (connects single computer) worth £40+VAT (Network Standard and Network Enterprise 500 accounts), or worth £105+VAT

NB: An ADSL connection fee applies to all accounts except for migrations which incur a separate administration charge.

Optional Cost Extras

• More static IPs can be ordered, at £175/year for a block of 7 or 8 IPs.
• ADSL Network Wireless Router upgrade - preconfigured, built-in firewall and VPN capability
• Advanced Router Setup - router configured to your exact requirements (firewall, VPN, parental controls etc)
• Router Remote Management Program (we access your router remotely to set up new services, check line, add VPN clients, change firewall etc, up to 10 reconfigurations/yr)
• Norton's Internet Security package full software or upgrade
• VOIP pack - headset and software

Installation:

• Engineer broadband install (East & West Sussex) - basic ADSL install for 1 computer
• ADSL installation on additional computers (assuming wired network already exists or using wireless network)
• Straightforward virus check of existing machines
• Installation of Norton Security
• Installation of VOIP software & headset
• Site survey and discussion of options for IP video monitoring or IP video conferencing can be conducted at the same time as installation.
