If your install location is 'New Netpoint Hosted Site' you will need to ensure that you have a webhosting package and domain name booked through the ISP section of this site.
If you want us to 'retro-fit' to an existing non-Netpoint hosted website you will need to fill in the FTP details form so that we can have access to your site.
